The staff is very rude. Every time something is missing, had to go back a couple of times and by hygiene I mean something completely different!

Because of Covid-19, on-site enjoyment was not possible, but online ordering, payment and collection worked very well!

Every time something is missing ... people check your order to make sure everything is complete.

As far as everything was good, ordered and paid for via the app, but this didn't work and had to pay extra again. According to McDonald's, no payment was made. However, we received an order confirmation and an order code ...

Disastrous state of service. Half of the order was missing. After I let myself be yelled at, they added something to the order. When I was home I called there that the children were missing fruit nonsense. The historical worker yelled at me and hung up. I had an order for over 100 euros and the bonus was ..... let me shout at it for free and didn't get the missing items. My food is cold. I'll never order there again. I could have given my money to someone and had more of it.

That’s the last joke. Once again I let myself get something to eat here. Big mac cold, french fries cold, cheeseburger cold. That really is the biggest cheek. 0 points

My American son-in-law and daughter were treated like dirt today. The hammer. Even though the two of them eat there 2 to 3 times a week. They were told that next time they would no longer be served just because they wanted a Frapee instead of a McFlury. That is absolutely embarrassing for the German service culture!

The last service is on November 9th, 2020 around 7.30 p.m. Perhaps such a team should be properly trained in service work and friendliness. Furthermore, not even the french fries ordered. Unfortunately you have to give a star. This was not earned today.

The store is OK, it's just annoying that something can't be ordered all the time, or like the dressing for the salad lately, there wasn't that one kind, so there was just this balsamic vinegar without warning. My son was really sad ...

I like to be here ... mostly on the drive .... always fast, friendly staff and the food is always fresh

I have ordered several times to write a real recession. Something was missing or wrong with each of my orders. So I ordered a menu with cola and got iced tea instead. Ordered several menus with glasses and 3 of them had the glass missing. All in all, I have been to this Mc Donald 6 times and every time there was something wrong, which is why I will not order anything there, which is a shame because the Mc Donald is only about 12 minutes away.

Stop here often while commuting to get me a coffee. Unfortunately, it always tastes burnt and as if the coffee / espresso machine had not been cleaned badly. Unfortunately there is no other coffee shop on the highway with a drive through - a dead area. I can confirm that with the waiting times, it always takes a long time, sometimes I was forgotten and it had to be copied. Hope it gets better soon, a few years ago the coffee and cappuccino always tasted very good here!

This is by far the worst MC Donalds in the area. 1 of 10 times the food was warm, otherwise always cold with 20 minutes. Waiting period. Something has to happen in this branch. 10KM further in AZ Does it work without problems .......

It was awful, we had a Royal Ts menu 2x 15.35 euros. The ts tasted like cardboard the fries just like that. The cola also totally lousy, without carbon dioxide and without taste. The paper straw ... it tasted so gross! And then for so much money, never again

At home we noticed that the burgers were cold. The waiting time was also very long, despite pre-ordering via the app. The warm parts of the meal were delicious and the staff friendly. My tip: drive a few kilometers to Alzey, the McDonalds is worlds better.

It is unbearably hot in the shop, so you are forced to take your food away. We would have liked to have eaten there, but the terrace was already full and you couldn't stand it inside. If I am so disappointed the next time I will inform the trade office directly.

Good service . Friendly staff. A bit dirty. The tables are greasy, the seats are old, in places torn and worn. And so you can stop by for breakfast. There is free parking and a toilet.

We had a coffee that was very hot without any warning.. Had a bad day because of that

A 30 cm long hair inside my burger! Awful experience :(

Food was good and staff friendly. Bathrooms were not very clean though.

Really need nice decoration and fresh food.

Second time they totally messed up my order. A full meal was missing which i fully paid for. My kids burgers were not right either. 2 weeks ago they packed a lower cost burger although i paid for a more expensive one. The coke of my son was just half full. The staff is super unfriendly

Caffe geschossen un 14:00, leider. I got 2 wrap incorrectly with onions, both were changed with problems. General improvements are needed.

Unfortunately extremely long waiting times even though we ordered ahead on one of these gigantic screens. Restrooms in disgusting shape even when employee just went in before to “clean”. Also McFlurry machine was out of order. Good thing is the pre-pay screens accept Apple Pay. Burger in the end was tasty.
